Pakalpojumu sniegšanas noteikumi
These terms apply when you use natora.com or buy from us. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you accept them.
Who you are buying from
Natora is a trading name of Calvia OÜ, a company registered in Estonia, registry code 16334016, VAT number EE102867620, at Karja tn 8, Tapa, 45106 Lääne-Virumaa, Estonia. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Calvia OÜ trading as Natora. You can reach us at info@natora.com.
Using our site
You need to be at least 18 to order from us. Please keep your account details to yourself and give us accurate information, especially your delivery address. Do not try to copy, scrape, resell or interfere with the site or its content.
Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract between us starts when we email you to confirm your order has been accepted. If we cannot accept it — a treat has sold out, we cannot deliver to your address, or we spot an obvious pricing error — we will tell you and refund you in full.
Prices are in euros and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. We can change prices at any time, but not after we have accepted your order. The payment methods we accept are shown at checkout.
Natural products vary
Our treats are natural, air-dried animal products, so size, shape, colour and smell vary from batch to batch. Boxes are made up by weight rather than by a fixed number of treats, and photos on the site are examples rather than an exact picture of what you will get.
Every box is packed by hand. If a treat is out of stock, or if your allergy notes mean we cannot include something, we will swap in a comparable treat of the same or greater value. Tell us if you would rather we asked you first.
Feeding and safety
Our treats are complementary pet food for dogs. They are a snack, a reward or a training treat alongside your dog's normal food, not a complete diet, and they are not medicine or veterinary advice.
- Always supervise your dog while they are chewing, and take away any piece small enough to swallow whole.
- Make sure fresh water is available.
- Choose treats suited to your dog's size, age and chewing strength — the box descriptions say who each one is for.
- Introduce new treats gradually, and stop if your dog reacts badly.
- Not for human consumption. Keep out of reach of children.
- Store the treats in an airtight container in a cool, dry place once your box arrives.
If you are unsure whether a treat suits your dog, particularly a puppy, a senior dog or a dog on a prescribed diet, ask your vet.
Delivery, returns and subscriptions
These are covered by our Delivery Policy, our Returns & Refunds Policy and our Subscription Policy. They form part of these terms.
Reward points and referrals
You earn reward points on orders and subscription renewals, worth around 5% of what you spend, which you can turn into discount codes. Points and referral rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are not refunded as money. If an order is refunded or cancelled we may take back the points it earned or the discount it used. We can change or end the rewards programme, and we will give notice before any points you have already earned are affected. Points may be removed if an account is being used abusively, for example to create points from orders that are always returned.
Reviews, photos and videos
If you send us photos or videos of your dog, or post a review, you confirm they are yours to share and that anyone in them is happy for them to be used. You give us permission to use them on our site, in our emails, on social media and in advertising, free of charge, with no time limit. You still own them, and you can email info@natora.com at any time to ask us to stop using them — we will, as soon as we reasonably can.
Please keep reviews honest and civil. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading or not about our products.
Services we rely on
Our shop runs on Shopify, and we use other companies for subscriptions, email, reviews, rewards, live chat and delivery. Their systems are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their own terms or content, though we do choose who we work with carefully. See our Privacy Policy for who they are and what they handle.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, including your right to treats that match their description and are of satisfactory quality.
Beyond that, we are responsible for loss we cause that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for loss caused by you not following the feeding and safety guidance above, or for vet bills, loss of earnings or similar indirect losses. Where the law allows us to set a limit, our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, strikes, courier failures or supply shortages. If something like that happens we will tell you and either reschedule or refund you.
Changes and availability
We may change these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order. We may also change or withdraw products, offers and parts of the site, and we do not promise the site will always be available.
Law and complaints
These terms are governed by Estonian law. As a consumer you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim in your own country's courts.
If something has gone wrong, email info@natora.com first and we will reply within 14 days. If you are still not happy, you can take it to the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Tarbijakaitse ja Tehnilise Järelevalve Amet, www.ttja.ee) and its Consumer Disputes Committee, free of charge. Buyers elsewhere in the EU can get help from their national European Consumer Centre.
